**作品について**

LAST ONEは、「失うこと」と、その先に最後まで残るものをテーマに制作したデジタルアートです。

ある時、自分の中からさまざまなものが、手の隙間をすり抜けるように次々とこぼれ落ちていく感覚になりました。

それはとても悲しく、寂しく、大きな喪失感を伴うものでした。

けれど、失っていくことは、ただ何かがなくなっていくことではないのかもしれない。

たくさんのものが手からこぼれ落ちていくことで、本当に大切なものを最後に一つ残すための過程なのではないか。そう考えるようになりました。

人生には、数えきれないほどの経験や出会い、感情、選択があります。そのすべてを最後まで持ち続けることはできません。

人生が終わりに近づいていくことには、怖さや不安を感じます。一方で、これほど多くの経験や選択肢の中から、最後に自分の中に残るものは一体何なのだろうという、好奇心やワクワクする気持ちもあります。

悲しみや喪失の先に、最後まで残るもの。

LAST ONEには、失うことを恐れながらも、その先にある「自分にとって本当に大切な一つ」を探しながら生きていくことへの希望を込めています。

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

LAST ONE is a digital artwork about loss — and what remains after everything else has fallen away.

At one point in my life, I felt as though many things were slipping through my fingers, one after another.

It was deeply sad and lonely, leaving me with a profound sense of loss.

But I began to wonder whether losing things is always simply about having less.

Perhaps, as things gradually fall away, we are also moving closer to discovering the one thing that truly matters.

Throughout a lifetime, we accumulate countless experiences, encounters, emotions, and choices. We cannot carry all of them with us forever.

The thought of life approaching its end brings fear and uncertainty. At the same time, I also feel a sense of curiosity and excitement: after a lifetime filled with so many experiences and possibilities, what will ultimately remain?

Beyond sadness and loss, there may be something that stays with us until the very end.

LAST ONE carries the hope of continuing to live while searching for that one thing — the thing that, after everything else has fallen away, remains truly important.
