配送について
すべての作品は日本より発送いたします。作品はサイズ・素材・形式に応じて丁寧に梱包します。 原画は額装せず、作品のみを平らに梱包してお送りします。 ファインアートプリントは丸めず、厚紙で補強して平らにお届けします。 送料は商品・配送先により異なり、各商品ページとご購入手続き時に表示されます。海外発送も承ります。 海外発送の場合、関税・輸入消費税・通関手数料は購入者様のご負担となります。

返品・交換について
作品はすべて一点もののオリジナル作品です。
お客様都合（イメージ違い・色味の違い・サイズ違い等）による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。

万が一、作品に破損や誤配送など当店の不備があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、返品・交換または返金にて対応いたします。

■ Shipping & Fulfillment Time

Original paintings: shipped within about one week of confirmed payment. Fine art prints: made to order — please see the estimated time on each product page. Calendars (preorder): shipped from early December 2026. If shipment is delayed, we will contact you by email.

■ Shipping

All works are shipped from Japan, carefully packaged according to their size, materials, and format. Original paintings are shipped unframed and packed flat. Fine art prints are shipped flat with a rigid backing board — never rolled. Shipping costs vary by item and destination and are shown on each product page and at checkout. International shipping is available. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility.

■ Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

KUMI ART SHOP offers one-of-a-kind original artworks and made-to-order limited-edition fine art prints.

Due to the nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference or error, including change of mind, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong item, or differences between expected and actual colors.

Please carefully review the artwork dimensions, materials, product images, framing information, and description before placing your order.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide photographs showing the condition of the artwork and its packaging.

After reviewing the situation, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a return, replacement, reproduction, or refund.

If the issue is caused by an error on our part or damage during shipping, KUMI ART SHOP will cover any necessary return shipping costs.

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind works created and hand-signed by the artist.

Limited-edition fine art prints are produced according to the edition size specified on each product page and are individually hand-signed and numbered by the artist.
