### 返品・返金ポリシー

【返品・交換について】

KUMI ART SHOPでは、一点もののオリジナル作品および限定ファインアートプリントを販売しています。

作品および受注制作商品の特性上、お客様都合（イメージ違い、色味の違い、サイズの確認不足、ご注文間違いなど）による返品・交換・キャンセルは原則としてお受けしておりません。

万が一、お届けした作品に配送中の破損、商品の不良、誤配送などがあった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせフォームまたはメールにてご連絡ください。

その際、作品および梱包状態が確認できる写真を添えていただくようお願いいたします。

内容を確認のうえ、返品・交換・再制作または返金にて対応いたします。当ショップの責任による返品・交換に必要な送料は、当ショップが負担いたします。

作品画像は実物に近い色味になるよう掲載しておりますが、ご利用のモニター、スマートフォン等の表示環境により、実際の商品と色味が多少異なって見える場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。


### 配送ポリシー

【日本国内への配送】

日本国内の送料は全国一律500円です。

作品は丁寧に梱包し、ご注文確認後5営業日以内を目安に発送いたします。

受注制作のファインアートプリントについては、制作期間を含むため、商品ページに記載された発送予定をご確認ください。

配送方法は作品のサイズ・形状に応じて適切な方法を選択いたします。


【海外への配送】

KUMI ART SHOPでは海外への発送にも対応しています。

海外への送料および配送方法は、配送先の国・地域や商品のサイズ等に応じてチェックアウト時に表示されます。

配送先の国・地域によって、関税、輸入税、通関手数料等が発生する場合があります。これらの費用が発生する場合の取り扱いについては、チェックアウト時の表示および配送条件をご確認ください。

海外配送は国内配送よりお届けまでに時間がかかる場合があります。

・作者本人が制作した一点ものの原画です。
・作者本人による直筆サイン入りです。
・作品証明書（Certificate of Authenticity）を同封します。
・額装の有無は各商品ページをご確認ください。


【限定ファインアートプリント】

・デジタル作品を高品質なジークレープリントで制作します。
・限定エディションとして販売します。
・作者本人による直筆サインとエディションナンバーを入れてお届けします。
・フレームは付属しません。
・作品証明書（Certificate of Authenticity）を同封します。

作品ごとのサイズ、素材、エディション数、額装の有無など、詳細については各商品ページをご確認ください。

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

KUMI ART SHOP offers one-of-a-kind original artworks and limited-edition fine art prints.

Due to the nature of original and made-to-order artworks, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference or error, including:

• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size or artwork
• Differences between expected and actual colors
• Failure to check the artwork dimensions before purchase

Please carefully review the artwork dimensions, materials, framing information, product images, and description before placing your order.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photographs of the artwork and its packaging so that we can assess the issue.

After reviewing the situation, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, reproduction, return, or refund.

If the issue is caused by an error on our part or damage during shipping, KUMI ART SHOP will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, smartphone, or display settings.


SHIPPING POLICY

International Shipping

KUMI ART SHOP ships artworks internationally, including to the United States.

Available shipping methods and shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, artwork size, and package specifications and will be displayed at checkout.

Original artworks are carefully packaged according to their size and materials.

Fine art prints are shipped unframed and carefully rolled in a protective shipping tube unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note that international delivery may take longer than domestic delivery due to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.


CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region.

Where applicable, these charges are determined by local customs authorities and are separate from the artwork and shipping price unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Please check the information displayed at checkout and your local import regulations before placing your order.
