配送ポリシー

■ 日本国内への配送

日本国内の送料は全国一律500円です。

作品は丁寧に梱包し、ご注文確認後1週間以内を目安に発送いたします。

配送方法は、作品のサイズや形状に応じて適切な方法を選択いたします。

■ 海外への配送

KUMI ART SHOPでは、アメリカを含む海外への発送に対応しています。

海外への送料は、配送先の国・地域、作品のサイズ等に応じてチェックアウト時に表示されます。

作品は日本から発送いたします。海外配送の場合、通関手続きや現地の配送状況などにより、お届けまでに時間がかかる場合があります。

■ 関税・輸入税について

海外への配送には、配送先の国・地域によって関税、輸入税、通関手数料等が発生する場合があります。

これらの費用が発生する場合の取り扱いについては、チェックアウト時の表示および配送条件をご確認ください。

■ 梱包について

原画は、作品のサイズや素材に合わせて丁寧に梱包して発送いたします。

ファインアートプリントは、特に記載がない限りフレームなしで、作品を保護したうえでチューブに入れて発送いたします。

SHIPPING POLICY

■ SHIPPING WITHIN JAPAN

Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥500.

All artworks are carefully packaged and are generally shipped within one week after your order is confirmed.

The most appropriate shipping method will be selected depending on the size, format, and nature of the artwork.

■ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

KUMI ART SHOP offers international shipping, including shipping to the United States.

International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country or region, artwork size, and package specifications. Available shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

All artworks are shipped from Japan.

Please note that international deliveries may take longer due to customs clearance, local postal services, or other circumstances in the destination country.

■ CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges depending on the destination country or region.

Please review the information displayed at checkout and the applicable shipping terms regarding duties and taxes before placing your order.

■ PACKAGING

Original artworks are carefully packaged according to their size, materials, and format to ensure safe delivery.

Fine art prints are shipped unframed unless otherwise stated on the product page. Prints are carefully protected, rolled, and shipped in a sturdy protective tube.
