ANIMALは、「生まれ持った姿を超えて、なりたい自分へ変わっていくこと」をテーマに制作した作品です。

花や枝も、本当は動物になりたいと思っているかもしれない。

自然界では、生まれたものは生まれ持った姿のまま、その一生を終えるように見えます。しかし、もし植物にも「別の何かになりたい」という意志があったとしたら。

この作品では、花や枝、葉と動物の境界を曖昧にし、植物が少しずつ別の生命へと姿を変えていくような世界を描いています。

生まれ持った姿や与えられた環境だけが、その存在の未来を決めるわけではない。「なりたい自分になろう」と決意することで、変えられないと思っていた自然さえも変えていけるかもしれない。

ANIMALには、自分の可能性を自分で決め、望む姿へ変わっていくことへの希望を込めています。

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

ANIMAL is an original artwork about transcending the form we are born with and becoming who we truly want to be.

Perhaps flowers and branches dream of becoming animals too.

In nature, living things appear destined to spend their entire lives in the forms they were born with. But what if plants also had the desire to become something different?

In this artwork, the boundaries between flowers, branches, leaves, and animals begin to blur. Plants seem to gradually transform into other forms of life, creating a world where nature itself is no longer fixed.

The form we are born with and the circumstances we are given do not necessarily have to determine our future.

By deciding who we want to become, perhaps we can change even what once seemed impossible to change — as if rewriting nature itself.

ANIMAL carries a message of hope: to believe in our own possibilities, choose our own direction, and continue transforming toward the person we want to become.
